Bitumenous Emulsion is a mixture of water and Bitumen. But as we know Bitumen is oil based product and do not soluble in water, that’s why emulsifier added to water before adding bitumen so Bitumenous emulsion is combination of three things water, emusifier and bitumen.
Water Based emulsion processed from suitable grade of bitumen.
